I cross referenced this bulb from the Norman Q150CL/DC 150 watt Modeling Lamp.It is the SAME bulb.
All you people running Norman LH500 or LH500+ studio light heads, that don't feel you should have to pay $18.00+ for a light bulb...
This is it.
They are the SAME bulb, the base looks single pole but it isn't, it's a standard DC Bayonet base single end double contact base, this bulb is 3 bucks, not 20 or so you pay elsewhere.
They will take a LONG time to ship them, but worth the wait to save the money!
I am very happy with this find.

They work just fine in my Norman LH 500 and LH 500 Plus heads.
No quality difference and same numbers on the bases.
