This 120mm fan has a very efficient turbine style hub and blade design that allows it to quietly move plenty of air throughout it's entire rpm range (about 10000 to 1500 rpm.) The fan case has slots to help abate blade tip noise. Well built and sturdy, comes with screws, molex to 3 pin adapter & an extra long 18" sheathed lead wire with standard 3 pin plug ( - + & tach ) for motherboard fan headers. Highly recommended.
