We replaced all the reading lamps on our motorhome with these bulbs. What we liked was the color of the light, its ‘warm white’ color is close to the original incandescent bulb color, but it doesn’t get hot or use nearly the power. It does get warm to the touch, but the LED is surrounded by heat dissipating fins & after hours of being on, we didn’t notice them getting very hot. Also, they use about ten percent of the energy the incandescent bulbs do. So your batteries barely get drawn down when dry camping. Plus they look very cool!
We did have a problem with one bulb, but the supplier sent us a replacement within hour of reporting the issue. So far very pleased with both the product and the supplier.
