Needed to replace my extruded aluminum heat sink for my Precision T3400 with Intel E8400. Runs about 15-20 C cooler even while over-clocking without altering my fan speed. Tops out at around 45'C @ 100% 3.6 GHz 20'C. Perfectly compatible with my computer with no changes in clearance. Note, thermal compound is not included nor advertised. You will need some.
