I'm using it in an older black light unit that I've hung from my ceiling using light chains that I bought over at the hardware store. I bought this as an extra 200mm fan for the one of the empty top slots on my CoolerMaster HAF X.

Works right out of the box, the LEDs aren't too bright, not too dim, just perfect, in my opinion.

If you're looking for an extra case fan for your HAF X, which comes with 1 200mm fan installed on the top (not including the other parts of the case, 5 fans in total I think), and you want to put another 200mm fan for extra airflow, look no further.
