Our 2000 Toyota Sienna has two radiator fan motors which are differentiated by the orientation of the power cords. The TYC 630670 motor has a somewhat long power cord so that it can replace the OEM motors on either side. With the replacement motor you do have to be careful to orient the motor to the shroud housing in such a way that the power cord is not pinched. You should also secure the power cord with ties so that the extra cord length stays out of harm's way.
