I do have had a rather unfortunate experience with your Light Owl product. Upon putting in the batteries, it turned on its lights for a few seconds and then there was a rather loud and disturbing pop. When I turned it over to the battery side, one of the batteries had exploded and goo from the top (+side) of the battery had splattered out.I still haven't figured out what to do with it; it's in its box underneath my desk now. That's my experience. Fortunately, no injuries, but maybe a little stinging from battery juice.
I received an email from Buy D Best and responded that I had this occur. I then got the runaround, so here's my review.
