Eiko 00319 - JCD130V100WG8 Bi Pin Base Single Ended Halogen Light Bulb Review

I purchased and installed this Eiko bulb along with a Feit Electric BPQ100/8.6 Halogen Bi Pin Clear 100w 120v (Pack of 6) I installed one of each in the light fixture, the Feit has a 2000 hour rating, the Eiko a 1500 hour rating.

The Feit was a lot better quality and it fit nice and tightly in the base, the Eiko had a loose fit. The Feit has a filament half the length, the Eiko is doubled. The Eiko costs half as much.

I installed both bulbs the first of June 2012. The one Eiko burned out 12-1-12, the Feit is still working. I replaced the Eiko with a second Eiko, I will keep this updated.
