Well, it is what it is: a small plastic fuse box with a clear, clip-on cover. I have need for fuses on five separate circuits so this was exactly what I wanted. Instead of soldering in/out wires onto the external leads, I soldered spade lugs to the wires and plugged them into the box via those external leads. My only issue with the whole project was that the clips on the clear cover are stiff. I was concerned that I'd break them before getting the cover on or off. Didn't happen, so not a problem. Just worried me is all.

MINI fuses are available in lots of sizes at my local auto supply store. I mounted the box on an outside wall, several feet from any chance of direct rain. It's been doing its job for about a week now. I don't expect any trouble from it at all.
