Pro's: The cable was easy to setup with Windows 7 O/S. Just plug it in and widows installs the device driver.
Connection with my Yaesu FT-920 and Ham Radio Deluxe software was easy and flawless. Works great!

Con's: The cable itself is very light weight material. Doesn't appear to be shielded cable. So far no problems

The cable is doing the job I purchased it for and only time will tell on weather its light weight cable will hold up.
