Old motor failed. Ordered a new motor. Transaction--ordering and delivery were fine. New motor fit was POOR. Motor mounting holes in the ears did not line up at all. Had to bend and pry to get mounted and bend some more for the fan to clear. It does do the job. If you want some grief and have lots of time, order one of these!
