The product is good, I would give it 4 stars, but I consider the noise level to be a great differential.

I bought a couple, to push in/out the air of my case, but the noise forced me to keep both pushing out, as the inverse was creating an unsupportable noise, if you have a voltage regulator, that would solve the problem, but then you'll lose air flow, so...
