I have used one of these fans for some time now and I can say they are good quality fans. They get the job done whether they are used for sucking air in or blowing air out. I use two of these on my NZXT GAMMA Classic Series GAMA-001BK case as a top exhaust, right above my cpu. Pertaining to noise, I can only hear them when my bfg gtx 260 maxcore is not running to the fullest (such as playing games like crysis). The lighting are pretty awesome too. There are bright and can partially light up a room. The only problem I have is that these fans use a 4 pin molex and no additional adapters or screws are included
