I by no means am an expert when it comes to lighting and bulbs. I have however been slowly replacing bulbs in my house with LED bulbs and have purchased a few different ones. This one is a very good bulb. It puts out lots of light. It is more useful for down style lighting because if the 180 degree. The only downside to this bulb is the buzzing sound it makes. I have 2 of these bulbs and they are not in places where I leave the bulb on for a long period of time. According to the other review on this product the buzzing will stop after a few minutes. I have had the bulb on for approx. 10 minutes and the buzz did not go away. If you are looking for a good bulb this is one. Just keep in mind the buzzing.
