This is a good product, replacement for the stock OEM fan. Issue is, this will reduce the noise about 25-30%. That's it. The rest of your noise is coming from the fans that are on the power supplies. Those are not changeable, in my server anyways. So, this is a good product, just not going to help reduce the noise by 80% , which is what i was hoping for.
