Did a lot of research before purchasing an amp and sub for my 2006 BMW 325. Was concerned about sound actually getting into the cabin of the car because of how well the car is insulated. Finally landed on this amp coupled with an Alpine typeR 12D2 sub in a ported probox. Wired everything in at 1ohm and powered it up. HOLY CRAP! I maybe should have gone with the Apline 10" because this setup hits HARD. I find myself turning the supplied remote almost all the way down on most songs. Within 5 minutes it broke my license plate mount and I'm now spending the money to dynamat the rattles out of the trunk. This is an excellent amp, 1ohm stable, and I'm certain you will not be disappointed! You will not find a better amp for the price. It outperforms amps 2 and 3 times the price.
